The way of pseudoscience

If to consider attentively, it is really possible to notice that scientists have the negative and sometimes even preconceived opinion on the new theories made by the researchers of pseudoscience. This is the natural and necessary "immunity reaction". The new theory must prove its right for existence and its benefits in compare with the old ones. And to do that it needs to pass through some difficulties. If all theories were accepted only by being original and courageous but not by their correspondence to the scientific criteria and facts, then the science couldn't simply exist as science. But it is not difficult to turn such conflicts into the real tortures of the genius.

Pseudo-researchers accentuate the discoveries that were made despite all typical opinions in the world mentioning Columbus and Schliemann. But it is also necessary to consider that Columbus was looking for India and not for the new continent. And his discovery didn't prove any his theories. He made some mistakes interpreting the facts he had and really made mistakes almost in everything.

As to Schliemann then the discovery of Troy and the Mycenaean civilization didn't prove the theoretical principles of the absolute authenticity of the texts that belong to Homer that were taken as the base by Schliemann. Besides, his theories didn't have anything supernatural from the point of view of science and of that time and didn't contradict the originally taken theories. And it was also recognised by the scientific society because of the irrefutable facts. This is the main difference between the discoveries of these scientists and the pseudoscience.
